Pros

Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful coworkers. A very thorough team that will help you through any issues you have and make sure you have all of the resources and support needed. Great pay, benefits seem competive and reasonable.

Cons

Work hours can be on the inflexible side. A lot of the employees are inexperienced but they also seem to be capable and quick learning, so it hasn't been an issue yet.

Cons

Lack of policies and procedures; inconsistent feedback from management; unprofessional team meetings and 1:1s. All of our team used to have career development meetings and those went by the wayside due to their ineffectiveness.

Pros

Lots of smart, environmentally passionate people. Can move up in the company quickly if you have good ideas and can create efficient processes/procedures.

Cons

There is little to no training. The company grew way too fast too quickly, so a lot of departments have no structure. Polsky removing hybrid/work from home policy, which is causing a lot of people to leave to competitors in the industry. Too many people with an engineering mindset/engineering background running departments (like Procurement) with little to no experience in Procurement. There are Directors in the company who seem to be only promoted due to their tenure, rather than their ability to lead a team and communicate well with others.
