Pros
good place to start off your energy career and network. There are some cool managers. Flexibility for growth to move around to different teams
Cons
its so large with so many young people, it can feel like a college so you may or may not be able to find "your people". There is not a lot structure so it seems chaotic with a lack of structure like a start-up but more chaotic because its a bigger company. There also isn't clear communication for the top. They also don't pay as well as others.
