      Work Environment, people are nice, medical benefits stable company and too much work pressure and feels nice to come and start the daily work

      Cons

      Not many growth opportunities, shift changes and monotonous work after some time nothing much to learn and not many opportunities to look around

      - Supervisors really take interest in your personal development, - Excellent coaching - Great benefits - Salary in line with market, very generous bonus twice a year if you hit the metrics - Not very stressful, laid back job provided you do what they ask of you

      Cons

      - Dead end and, hard to move to other departments unless you are very extrovert and participate in corporate committees and network like hell with other department managers - Not a lot of room to grow in the department
