Pros

Great staff (for the most part) and benefits.

Cons

Managers did not always seem like they were on one accord. Policies change everyday there so at times it can be confusing for everyone if the management is not even sure what is goin on!

Pros

Looks good on resume, Decent starting salary, Very good benefits package and 401K, Provide lunches sporadically to encourage overtime.

Cons

Supervisors pick their favorites, MANDATORY OVERTIME, Strict policies, Takes about 4 years to be eligible for a supervisor position, Promotions aren't very common, very stressful work environment.

Pros

If you do not have a college degree, it isn't bad money for a call center. There is a money purchase plan in place which pays 6% annually, but you are not fully vested until you have been with the company 4 years. It also has a 401k in place which matches up to 5%.

Cons

Very poor promotion opportunities; low pay for anyone w/ a college degree. It is nearly impossible to get vacation time when you want it.
