Pros

Salary was above market rate, and our small group was excellent. Many friendships made.

Cons

Company worked its employees to the bone, with little to no recognition. After the AIM/Invesco merger, the Invesco IT management was incredibly poor. No respect to their employees, which in turn caused everyone to work with blinders on.

Pros

In the Operations department, there are options to work from home a few days a wee and have a flexible schedule. You also get 3 weeks of vacation in your first year.

Cons

The office location can be a pain to get to no matter where you are coming from in the morning. Some of the management lack people skills, so when they are talking to the group, or individually, you have to have a thick skin.

Pros

Aside from being one of the leading investment companies in the world, Invesco is striving towards staying on the cutting edge of technology.

Cons

My personal experience has been that talent isn't truly recognized and skill sets aren't fully utilized.
