Pros

Pay is probably above average with very good benefits and work life balance. Company has lot of great and competent people.

Cons

Typical corporate bureaucracy. This may limit career growth. As of when I left, all personal trades need pre-clearance due to legacy legal agreement.

Pros

Family-like working culture. Everyone wants the best for each other. Pay is competitive. Great firm, leading the ETF industry.

Cons

Owned by Invesco. They have no idea how to handle us. As a mutual fund company, they simply don't get is as an ETF provider.

Pros

- Supervisors really take interest in your personal development, - Excellent coaching - Great benefits - Salary in line with market, very generous bonus twice a year if you hit the metrics - Not very stressful, laid back job provided you do what they ask of you

Cons

- Dead end and, hard to move to other departments unless you are very extrovert and participate in corporate committees and network like hell with other department managers - Not a lot of room to grow in the department
