Pros

Good location, decent salary and benefits, good people in general. Strong top-level management that is moving the company forward. Plenty of work and very good development opportunities.

Cons

Often over-committed projects and highly stressful tight deadlines. Over past few years, decreasing transparency. Do not really involve rank and file in decisions or consensus building (which can often help flush out issues that management cannot foresee alone -- ala Google appraoch for example). Development shifts to offshore taking place, along with applications and infrastructure shifts to cloud services.

Pros

Amazing people to work with, great energy in the office, flexible and understandable with shift changes, lots of benefits, great pay for the location, lots of room for advancement. The job itself feels fulfilling once you catch on to what you're doing.

Cons

Don't have much bad to say, any time something negative happened in the work place, everyone tried their best to fix it! Any complaints I'd have are because people are being humans and trying their best to make decisions, and sometimes certain ones don't work, and they fix it as best they can.
