      - People are great and always happy to help each other out - good internal mobility

      Cons

      - 4 days a week mandetory in the London office - top-down management approach can get in the way of engineering development

      Pros

      Mid-junior level staff were supportive, friendly and great to work with. Pre merger, great events and networking opportunities

      Cons

      Racism and lack of diversity across the board Nepotism in more or less every team Toxic management - no real assessments done on leadership capabilities but a real bullying and power trip mentality Bias mentality from management Budget cuts which left teams struggling/overworked Genuinely don’t think they will be around much longer. No flexibility Pre Covid

      Innovative, meritocratic, different

      Pros

      The people are amazing and friendly. Flat structure and can question anyone. Allow autonomy in role, allowed to change and improve things and rewarded for performance. Excellent bonuses. Constant learning.

      Cons

      Projects start and “finish” but are always left part complete with pressure on employees to pick up what the project should have delivered. A lot of manual process for such a small bank. A lot of senior management don’t understand what is going on in the business. Inefficient or sub standard employees are not moved on quick enough.
