Small-sized dynamic company to work for, good work life balance

- Small company, close interactions with other parts of the company - Friendly company culture, not long working hours - Opportunities for professional development - No job titles which allows to be closer to the managers

Cons

- No job title also mean disadvantage when moving elsewhere, compared to classical titles as AVP, VP at other investment banks - Work-life balance also means less bonus - Salary is 10-15% lower than at other investment banks

Flexible and results orientated work environment. It is a growing company and therefore scope for growth, both locally and internationally.

Cons

The bank is busy with a streamlining process, with all the associated moves and changes. Uncertainty in the market and sector is contributing factors.
