Pros

Open and Honest dialogue Treating Customers Fairly Break China for the Client Innovation and strive for Efficiency Hard working individuals receive very good bonus and increases.

Cons

Difficult to move into a different department. Worked overtime without getting paid overtime. Do not have capacity to train up a new employee - must have experience Focused on getting the BEE numbers right. Have to be in a certain "group" in order to be promoted.
