1. Hiring Terms: We understand the importance of transparency during the hiring process, and we’re reviewing our practices to ensure that all terms are clearly communicated and accurately represented.
2. Safety: Your concerns about safety are especially important as safety is, and always will be, our #1 priority. As you might know, we now have an EHS Lead to further strengthen our safety-first culture.
3. Communication: Effective communication is crucial for any company’s success. To support this, we have created an internal communication plan that includes quarterly company-wide town halls and monthly department updates, ensuring all employees receive relevant and timely information about Invio developments.
