Cons
Management was poor, organization and long term goals for the company became vague until eventual branch closure. Diversification was exchanged for single purpose output, eventually leading to closure due to market conditions. Expectation for travel work above 50% became normal. Seeing travel in excess of 90% was not unheard of.
