Pros

- It seemed like a transparent culture in the beginning and the way they marketed themselves and their ideas seemed like they knew what they were talking about

Cons

- Turns out the product management and vps and svps of the team follow a way of hiring good engineers , stealing their ideas and then diluting their stock and firing them citing irrelevant reasons. - a few months later they publish the same product accredited to themselves and their ideas.

Fine if desperate for a paycheck.

Pros

The hours are flexible and the clients are interesting to work with.

Cons

Little/no care for contractor roles, which make up the bulk of the workforce and receive no benefits or even a sense of job security from the company. Regions and individuals are constantly let go without warning in order to keep their workforce cheap. Management is a revolving door which makes abrupt changes in order to keep clients and show no interest in supporting their actual workers. Things have taken a massive dive in quality the last year and I would stay clear if you are looking at a contractor role here.

Pros

- Flexibility. - Friendly employees.

Cons

-Culture of favoritism: promoting people based on personality or energy rather than experience or intellect. - Low pay and lack of benefits. - Instability: the possibility that you could be let go at any moment. - Lack of cohesive culture: difficult with remote work, but it feels like you always have to be careful about what you say. There seems to be an aversion to directness or honesty. - Lack of professionalism: communication seems to be too relaxed. I wonder if leadership has leadership experience.
