      Everyone who works here is really smart and driven

      Cons

      The culture is secret and clique-y, the mission is unclear, the values are not practiced, compensation is laughably non-competitive, and the leadership is clueless and out of touch. There is so much burnout, resentment, and frustration across the board that it's a wonder how this company is actually afloat.
