Pros
This is a company that is growing and moving forward very quickly. There are obviously challenges associated with this, however if you thrive on learning and being creative...this is a good choice. The ability to work fully remotely is a huge plus; there is also solid flexibility in work hours.
Cons
It's always challenging working in a fast-paced environment where processes and procedures are dynamic. Things change quick so need to be adaptable.
