Pros
Invisible has the process of onboarding new employees down to a science. The managers are very friendly and supportive, a necessary ingredient if any new employee hopes to be able to quickly find his/her footing and be able to make a worthwhile contribution to the organization. You have to be ready to learn, ready to ask questions, humble enough to take gentle correction and excited about the overall goal of your department. If not, you might find it all overwhelming. This environment is for those who are quick on their feet and even quicker with their mind. You'll either love it, or hate it. For me, I'm on the love it side.
Cons
It's a lot to learn in a short amount of time. If you want to keep up, it may be necessary to spend off-shift hours to review the onboarding materials (of which there is ALOT, but reading it all through is for your own good). - Pay is lower than for comparable positions based in North America
