Pros

More fun in a work environment than any other job I've held. A few things that I love: 1. Growth I find the work stimulating. The industries we impact and use cases for our solution are endless. There are problems that we can solve for virtually every company while providing access to meaningful work in developing countries. Continuous improvement is in our DNA. We do this ourselves every day and we provide this for our clients. 2. People The team is a thoughtfully curated group of diverse individuals from all over the world. A few adjectives to describe partners include: ambitious, intelligent, collaborative, kind, supportive, dynamic, authentic, creative, quirky, crazy, the list goes on... 3. Culture We live by our principles of transparency, meritocracy, and alignment and it permeates throughout the org. We're always communicating wins and learning from our failures. The work is collaborative and always evolving.

Cons

This is not a 9-5. Hours can be tough, especially across the global time zone. It feels like everything is moving 200MPH all the time. That being said, it is fully remote and flexible. We have open conversations within the partnership about addressing burnout. We encourage each other to be mindful of ourselves.
