This is one of the most challenging, fast-paced, step up to the plate or you are out environments I have worked in I never have enough time in the day to catch up, and I have an internal assistant that gives me more leverage to be more productive than any other place I have worked at The people are inspiring though, the Invisible Culture is exceptional and I have never been more motivated challenged or felt inspired to personally grow at a company
Cons
We love our clients so much that we spend hours and hours of time on every single client. Deep diving Account Strategies, writing post mortems, you learn SO MUCH about every single client. You spend hours on end on even just 1 client. So much time investment. Creativity and Problem Solving is encouraged - no room to be boring even for a moment so you always need to be on your toes and leveling up! When you have 5 Star cons - you have the best job you can dream of!
