Pros

+ Interesting problems to solve on a daily basis + Smart, talented, and experienced team mates + 100% remote (some of my work time must align with PDT) + The ability to be promoted if you bring a lot of unique value + Many Zoom conversations which help us solve problems easier and faster than via text alone (Slack, email) + A great opportunity with a company that is growing at an amazing rate. Looking forward to the near and long term future of Invisible

Cons

- Lots of incoming emails that steal my attention away from my core tasks - Showing my face on video chat (it's not really required but I feel I need to at times) - Sometimes it is a slow process to get all stakeholders on the same page but, this is just a reality of work in general - This is a startup and the pay is not as high as more established companies but that will be changing very soon.

Pros

Honestly, the Partners and the Agents are so RELENTLESS that they FORCE me to work SO hard. It's completely backwards: Team Members push Managers to the breaking point, like brutal taskmasters. They always expect more from me, they're like investors, but even more demanding. The expectations are completely unrealistic: they want me to simultaneously increase sales, expansion and margins, while reducing churn and burn. They tell me that if I want to be truly revolutionary, I really do have to working 15 hours a day. They don't have time to listen to my complaints, "it's not their job" -- so I escalated until I talked to God, and he said: "Suck it up, and stop whining Francis... it's good for you. Greatness is not the same thing as fun. If you truly want to save the world, count the cost. After all, look what they did to me!"

Cons

At least they pay me. I'd probably pay them if they asked me, just for the privilege of continuing to be stretched beyond my limit.

Pros

This is a company where hard work pays off. Titles do not determine value, contribution, collaboration, and impact do. We ask for forgiveness more than we ask for permission. We focus on solving problems, not complaining about them. Feedback is unfiltered because a mutual sense of respect and desire to succeed is taken for granted. This company is not yet a concept. It's still made up of people who cannot be attached to titles and roles. These professional structures still flex based on how we identify and define value for our clients and agents. Responding to this double sided marketplace value is the north star. As such, this is not a stable work environment. It's dynamic. It is not a good fit for those looking for predictability above all else.

Cons

This company is not static, and as such, it is not stable.
