I love that you're having the true Invitation Homes experience that the majority of our current employees have - family, fun, great pay and benefits, and that genuine care spirit that drives everything we do. Good point about the retention rate making it hard for Associates to achieve growth. When I'm faced with a feeling that I'm not being stretched in a role, I always try to find other ways to learn and grow - maybe it's volunteering for a culture or community effort, maybe it's taking some training classes to learn a new skill, maybe it's asking someone if you can spend an hour or two learning about what they do every day and why it's important. The opportunities are endless. And the great news is that people here are very willing to help out!

Regarding pay, we regularly benchmark our pay within the industry and the markets we operate in to make sure our Associates are treated fairly and that we can retain and hire the best people.
