Since you're a current employee, may I suggest that if you feel you have been unfairly treated you can always escalate your concerns to the next level of management or directly to HR. Pros

I was with the former Waypoint Homes and do not know much of the new Invitation Homes. However, I would say that it was a great culture, we delivered a great product and upper management truly supported the local teams.

Cons

New company issues, instituting new policies and implementing them immediately without a proper execution plan or feedback from the field. Our CEO Fred Tuomi is amazing!
