Large network of clubs/employees to ask questions/get ideas from Benefits that can be offered to members Very prompt/polite home office employees Helpdesk usually very helpful/short wait time

Cons

Terrible benefits package, low wages for management position with promise of bonus Tough work/life balance Very strict corporate policies/rules that do not work well for all cities/member populations the same way
