Large network of clubs/employees to ask questions/get ideas from Benefits that can be offered to members Very prompt/polite home office employees Helpdesk usually very helpful/short wait time

Cons

Terrible benefits package, low wages for management position with promise of bonus Tough work/life balance Very strict corporate policies/rules that do not work well for all cities/member populations the same way

Pros

This corporation and its clubs have people in management that lack both respect and understanding for their female employees. I have been discriminated against for being a woman countless times. This is an occurrence for many others in my position and location. It’s despicable.

Cons

No respect for female employees, false open door policy, no support even when begging for it
