Club Corp is the leader of private clubs. Employees receive discounted golf and dining at country clubs. In addition merchandise.

Cons

Growth advancement for employees. At times the overall employee moral is low. The health benefits are average compared to other companies.

They were flexible with college students and always willing to work around our class schedules.

Cons

Compensated with an hourly wage instead of tip share. There were no raises given to employees. The amount of work done was hardly worth the hourly wage we were given. Some who were promoted didn't get a raise. Management never praised us for a job well done. GM didn't bother to learn our names Paychecks were almost always missing hours
