Pros

They were flexible with college students and always willing to work around our class schedules.

Cons

Compensated with an hourly wage instead of tip share. There were no raises given to employees. The amount of work done was hardly worth the hourly wage we were given. Some who were promoted didn't get a raise. Management never praised us for a job well done. GM didn't bother to learn our names Paychecks were almost always missing hours

Pros

Steady and flexible hours, managers are willing to give time off, good culture. I worked part time as a college student, and they worked around my schedule extremely well. I worked pretty much when I wanted to work.

Cons

Corporate has a lot of dumb policies, but isn't around very often so it doesn't matter too much. Some of the "policies" (which are little more than managers mentioning them once a month) are completely useless.
