Solid Company, Outstanding Teams

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

The tech is awesome, the product is easy to be excited about, but above everything, the teams are encouraging, cohesive, and thoughtful. Leadership prioritizes letting employees know they are valued and are constantly looking out to see if an employee is happy, wants to grow farther into a new or the same role, or feels appropriately valued.

Cons

No cons as of now.

Mixed feelings

Pros

My team was nice, modern web dev practices, learned a lot, got to work in open source ecosystem. Never felt pressure to work overtime.

Cons

It felt like there wasn't a solid direction from leadership on where the company is headed. One team had three different PMs in less than a year. I also wish the company placed more emphasis on diversity, 95% of my coworkers were white dudes.

Great group of people

Pros

Great place to work. Fast paced environment with lots of opportunity for ownership and lots of really smart people & passionate people to learn from. Engineers have a lot of autonomy and get to work on modern, cutting edge tech stacks and bring that into the products.

Cons

If your not a self starter and self directed learner or assertive about asking for help it can be easy to get a bit lost/isolated but if you reach out people are more than willing to help.
