Even when you are new to the company, the manager already expects so much from you. You are expected to adapt to the company culture, practices, and style in a short amount of time. You have to deliver on your firts assignment otherwise you'll be humilited.

All aspects here are decent except teamwork.

Cons

Management here does not think of anything but themselves and making money. They may seem successful due to their ability to hit goals and make numbers move, but that's all they're interested in. They have no awareness of anyone's goals but their own. Taking credit for the team's hard work and thus not empowering the employees, happens all too frequently here.
