      Pros

      Iris Software is a very good company. I Joined the sr. software post, managers and employees are very good, they are very helpful here. The workplace is very clean.

      nothing is good in this company, HR try to give u the different picture while in reality once u join then u get to know the real movie....

      Cons

      there are lot of old people working here , they try to fool the management and do nothing while newly joined guys do all the hard work which usually get unnoticed....
