Good company to work for.

One of the fuad company in Delhi/NCR, Targetting honest employees , Good for Bihar, UP East Very unhealthy and political work environment. Senior management puts unnecessary pressure on honest employees while certain groups and favored employees receive full support, protection, and respect regardless of performance. There is clear favoritism in management decisions, and hardworking employees are often ignored or unfairly targeted. The company culture is heavily influenced by internal politics, groupism, and biased treatment. Promotions, support, and opportunities do not seem to depend on merit or dedication. Instead of appreciating sincere work, management and clients frequently highlight small mistakes made by honest employees while overlooking issues caused by preferred staff members. Transparency, fairness, and professionalism are seriously lacking. Employees who are not part of the “favored circle” may feel stressed, isolated, and undervalued. Overall, not a good place for career growth, equal treatment, or a healthy work-life environment.
