      Everyone talk diplomatically as if they doing everything in your favor.

      Cons

      false promises, greedy( take highest margin of payment from client and pay less to employee). There are more disappoints to share with this cunning employer.

      They will pay you eventually.

      Where to begin. This is basically a FRONT company for CitiGroup and other mostly H1B companies in the NYC/NJ area. And like most H1B companies the workforce is underpaid and exploited and the managers (mostly foreign born Indians) are hostile to non-immigrants. They will do everything to underpay, overwork, and exploit you. When confronted they will lie and/or ignore your emails, phone calls, etc. Just do yourself a favor - say no and look for work elsewhere.

      no advantage. management make employees fool. lot of work and least salary.

      - Foolish management - No facility - Increments in range 1-2% - no growth in career - people buttering bosses get promotion - 1 will get increment some lakh others get 1000 rs. - onsite only to boss favourate employee - Too much firing
