      they dont apply for H1b , they just fake telling they applied

      pay on time they are very responsive as well they are good in communication as well

      Cons

      they dont spounser H1b , they will say they did , when we ask for the proof the dont even reply They dont tell us before project gets end , they tell us on the day it get end even after we work long for 1.5 years with them . they dont consider its their responsibility . we dont get any increment, benefits from them . they dont have clients and no aggressive marketing .

      Pros

      I’m given a ton of flexibility to do my job. That includes how I work and also when I work. Management has no problem at all with working with appointments, sick kids, unforeseen life events, etc. They’re extremely understanding and it always feels like they have my back. Apart from that, there’s a really good amount of paid vacation and sick days. They do everything in their power to make sure no one gets burnt out.

      Cons

      It’s a really positive place to work, no complaints.

      you might get work from home rarely, if your manager aprrove off

      Cons

      Strict 8 hours, one min less the will deduct you el by themselves leave policy sucks Recognition rarely given unnecessary process to be followed even when you dont have work
