The team that I worked with is awesome and there are free snacks too.

Cons

The CEO is uninterested in the company for the most part. You will be overworked and undervalued. Money is the bottom line no matter what, but the company has very little knowledge of its own finances. The CEO makes decisions that affect the whole company at the drop of a hat, without consulting anyone. These decisions usually come in the from of a late-night email to the whole company..

This place wasn't effectively managed. The people from the management team didn't know how to rule their people. They are good at being individual contributions but they are not good as leaders. They need more training to be effective at managing people.

With many people in this industry losing their jobs during this Pandemic, Iris has retained ALL of their employees to date. They have assured us that this will be the model moving forward. We are in this together! Can't thank them enough in giving their employees the feeling of "safe" during these very challenging times for all of us. I have nothing but the greatest appreciation for the owners of Iris for keeping us engaged and employed during these times. Thank you very much!!!
