      Pros

      Nothing. Don't expect actual work or career progression. It's a dead end for professional growth.

      Cons

      People at higher positions in HR are so incompetent they avoid delegating meaningful work to the team. Instead, waste time on superficial HR engagement activities monthly parties, celebrations, rangoli events, zumba and unnecessary development sessions with zero ROI. These teams have limited strategic foresight and little commitment in creating any value to the company. Their priorities revolve around random performative initiatives rather than data-driven planning, talent development or business alignment.

      overall experience is challenging due to office politics, lack of transparency, and unhealthy work culture. Many online reviews do not reflect the ground reality, as reviews are often encouraged during onboarding and closely monitored. Office politics is very high, and growth is not purely performance-based Appreciation and visibility are biased, often favoring people from specific locations (especially Noida) or those close to management Work-life balance is poor; there are no clear boundaries, and people call directly without prior communication Excessive focus on creating reports and documentation rather than meaningful engineering or quality work High pressure with unrealistic expectations, especially when handling demanding clients Limited transparency in promotions, recognition, and decision-making Overall work culture feels unhealthy and stressful
