1. No good clients...all they have got is by bribing the client. 2. Utter political atmosphere. It a relative company....if u are related to someone or good at adulation go ahead. 3. No value at all for good employees despite their small head count. 4. Dont respect their employees at all for all the hard work, dediction they put. 5. Only billability is their concern. Dont care about employees aspirations, choices etc. 6. pay well initially to trap people in to this firm. HR does a well good job here to portray as if this is next to Apple, google. You would be valued etc...but all is a big lie. 5. senior mangement is all arrogant and talks filth language like a contractor talk to his daily wage uneducated labourers. no one can question him... 6. ceo comes once in a while to india but hasnt ever even spoken to employees here. no one is even talented here to address a gathering of 50 people except for the director in noida.

There are manipulative liars, there words are meaningless and they try not to pay your last month's salary if you don't fight with them and tell them that you would complain to authorities.
