Old timers are making this company worst, It will never grow as most of old timers are incapable. look at the history of 20 yrs with 400 people only Huge count of people who leave this company within 1 month. You can smell the level of company. No industry standard structure not compared to start up even. No career path and growth. If you are making money for them you are good else anytime you can be asked to leave. Forcefully imposed night shifts to people. Worst infrastructure in terms of location, you will not feel that you are going in an office. A huge difference what they say during interview and what you get here Rubbish work on outdated technologies.
