      Pros

      Senior management is very confident in their vision and long term plan. It helps keep everyone on the same page, and I definitely think seeing my bosses work hard motivates me to accomplish more, too. From my perspective, the end result of their dedication has been a strong team that work really well together and accomplish just about anything our clients throw at us.

      Cons

      Nothing stands out. Some jobs can be more difficult than others.

      Pros

      If the competitive salary and generous benefits package wasn't enough to clue me in on how much employees are valued here, the kindness and respect with which everyone is treated has been confirmation. Being surrounded by good people that I enjoy spending time with makes for one of the best working experiences I've ever had.

      Cons

      No complaints. Iris is the best company I've been with.
