      Pros

      Selection process taken around two months but I never felt wastage of time. I have given total five rounds of interviews . They understand the value of time for both parties. Here Talent Acquisition , Talent Management , IT Team did amazing job in hiring and remote joining/onboarding even in this tough pandemic time. They really deserve appreciation!!!

      Cons

      No cons in hiring/joining process. This would be too early to say anything about other process.

      Pros

      Joined the Organization during Corona Outbreak Lock down, On-boarding was perfectly smooth. On-Boarding team was so cooperative, they facilitated the joining over the internet with minimum documentation and hassles. Team explained every detail of process and organization in a perfect manner. On-Boarding sessions were very interacting. Facilities & IT team done an excellent job of delivering the laptop at home, the great part is the laptops are pre-configured just switch it on and start working, no glitches of VPN connectivity. colleagues are very supportive and professional. Great place to work for.

      You need to find disadvantage of working here.

      Pros

      1. Support Employees in difficult time 2. Even during lock down of Virus pandemic, they delivered high powered laptop to home of each new joiner. 3. Laptop came with a wireless mouse and new bag. 4. People are available for discussion. 5. Growing everyday with new employees and clients

      Cons

      As such am new to comment on any downsides. I find people working very hard which is a good thing.
