      1) I have Joined in April 20. But instead of COVID 19 lock-down, on-boarding process is way too smooth. 2) Company policies and environment are very good for employees 3) Nice place to learn new technologies and enhance your skills.

      Cons

      As working less than a month have found no cons.

      Take care of Employee and well maintained onboarding process by Committed talent management team in challenging situation of Covid-19. And good salary structure.

      Pros

      I recently joined IRIS software. Though it was a lockdown time, my joining happened through e boarding mod. It was one of the best experience i had in my 10 years of experience. All the support teams are humble and very proactive to have hand holding during initiate phase of the employment. Even from the offer to joining, each spoc has done commendable job. Even senior management played very important role by regularly connecting with employees (i have never seen in any other company)
