* Min 8 Hrs Working Policy * No Additional Bonus/Appreciation/Monetory Benefits * Leaves (Total-20) * Policies are not clear * Notice Period (90 days, doesn't matter if you are on probation) * No Tax Saving Policies/Salary Breakup * 7 of every month is SALARY DAY (which is sometime unmanageable) * No Vertical Growth (as upper middle management are completely stabilized, No one want to move and grow)
