Pros
I am working here for one of their client which is amongst the big four auditing firm. The work is good. Quality project and excellent exposure to latest technology full stack .net with angular 2 & 4 . They are providing trainings to internal employees as well. I got angular js training year back and getting to work on angular 2 now. Direct Client exposure is a big plus. They have a lot of projects now on .Net angular and are training internal pool which is appreciable unlike other companies who hire resources from external market and avoid training cost. Flexibility in timings and work from home option is a plus.
Cons
Due to GST, there are certain changes in the salary structure -some reimbursable components(car hire & driver salary reimbursement) have been removed which earlier helped in tax savings. that's a bit disappointing as the tax deduction is now more.
