It went downhill... fast

Pros

I do appreciate that I have flexibility and do not have to stay in one place. The work/life balance is a positive.

Cons

They make promises, but then totally turn around and do the opposite. There is a lot of implementation of ideas, but no plan. The mindset is, "we'll deal with it when necessary." Not the best business practice. It doesn't feel like anyone has your back and you are constantly fighting a battle alone. No one listens to the issues that you are facing. The cons definitely outweigh the pros.

Pros

Evening Snacks Free Biscuits Variety of Tea Participation in sports events recently Free evening food and evening cabs Some good managers and some good projects

Cons

* Success mantra - buttering * Old employees and favouritism is at suffocating level. * They moved to 9 floor building but they don’t have parking and a proper sitting capacity . I don’t know who planned and finalised the building. * No professionalism at all. Sr managers take things personally. * They have many favourite employees but their most favourite is the one who don’t work at all pass unprofessional comments to everyone and still being promoted . Every one knows who I am talking about, isn’t it? * Very Bad appraisals , ratings don’t matter to them. Even if you exceeded expectations they will not give you good appraisals. As it’s for favourite ppl * They don’t give you promotions. You have to fight for your rights * No development path whatsoever * If you’ve put down your papers and you were on bench they will force you to take early release or they will create problems. After Taking early release they don’t make payments for the remaking days of notice period. * onsite opportunities are for the ppl who prefer do buttering. * No new technology project.

Pros

Earlier there used to be few like WFH, Flexi hours, Good reimbursement components. Now there is not a single pros to continue with this company.

Cons

Endless Cons, but few of them: 1.bad infra 2.bad managers 3. too much bad policies 4. firing too frequent 5. no flexi hours. 6. fixed 8 hours daily and 45 hours weekly availability in office required 7. bad salary structure now, you cant save anything. 8. bad appraisals 9. bad food 10. no growth 11. no new technologies exposure 12. designation structure is too bad, you get no visibility about your work and role. Better to go or be in HCL/TCS. it is not at all a place for technical people.
