      I couldn't find any pros as of now. Earlier their salary structure offered was good. Open door policy. No learning opportunities.

      Cons

      They can change the policy overnight. They are not at all employee centric company. No work life balance. Minimum hrs to complete every day is 8.

      1) Free evening snacks, free dinner and free cab for late stayers. 2) Average HR policies 3) Nice coffe machines and free biscuits

      1) Technically very poor work in projects 2) Less than average learning opportunities 3) Very very very poor managers and management 4) No respect
