      Pros

      Good company where you can find number of opportunities to grow. Free snacks after 7.15 pm Free dinner after 8.30 pm Cab facility after 7.30 pm Growing very fast in last couple of years.

      Cons

      as such no cons, but improvement possibilities are in facility dept.

      I have completed 5 years in this company. Managers are good, they keep their team motivated. Good environment and culture. Work life balance and growth opportunity Company cares for its employees. Company has grown a lot in last 3 years.

      I found some but since it's a growing company so that can be ignored.

      Pros

      They provide you offer only if you are an early joiner, and can give you good compensation.

      Cons

      No company policies, worst place to work, no growth once you are in, no hikes and appraisals, only politics dominates here. Their notice period is 3 months, but they want people who can join immediately.
