      They don't pay their bills or return calls

      Pros

      They got me a job at citi in warren - like most companies, they follow through quickly to get you on line and on board.

      Cons

      When the contract ended, iris didn't pay my invoice. When I contacted them, they ducked my calls until I happened to catch them on the phone. They promised to look into it but simply did not call back. - Very unprofessional that I need to chase them to collect the money I've earned.

      Employee will survive or succeed only thru buttering the PM's and not basis on the performance

      Pros

      Good Environment to work but due to bad culture and unprofessional way of senior PM's (working more than 15 years as PM) behavior and also management people they are helpless to take decision on these useless Sr. PM's.

      Cons

      Lack of growth based on the employee performance and will get good package and position if you are good in buttering like pm's pets...
