Pros
flexible working hours , small company (of around 235+ in offshore) hence , you would know every one in a company very soon. provide good appraisal as billing is completely dependent on the team member .
Cons
Limited projects , company fail to grow in 20 + years, if they would not able to see u in any billable project for long ....they might create a condition where you are force to leave the company and would not let you serve the notice period as well but if you resign it while working in a billable project they would stretch you for 90 days which is too long for any short company. Those people who are working for long get fixed to the company , since every one is familiar with them and used to get appraisal by that and those new in the company used to join and quit within lesser than two years. Managers do have limited vision and horizon , limited project of one, two or five members team and is completely dependent on team members, managers are just for show off...doesn't have any hold on work and project... Company does have many names ...IRIS LLP, IRIS COMPSOFT ,SSA etc ...and its dificult to know what is its exact name....even they don't care of their name and brand....
