lots of cons. dont know where to start.
first you will feel what is slavery here and most of reviews are posted by hrs only
small company without any ethics. very rude managers and hr.
they fire people in 1 day without giving any money.
very less clients and jobs are not secure here if you want to join them only for 6 months better to thing before joining bcz you are going to make your life hell.
they expect employees to update their managers weekend plan also and once mobile is not reachable you are in danger.
get ready to work at night at 2 am also if client call you and again if you are outof reach next morning you will be fired.
they release offers with best package which is a trap. before on boarding you may get call from recruiter for offer cancellation with some stupid reasons.
