      Nothing to say much. Insurance is better.

      I got layed off on December. They do not have much projects. H1B holder please aware that they do not have any bench periods.

      Pros

      Salaries are competitive, benefits are more than fair, and management is very understanding. I really enjoy the work, too. I don't think I can imagine being anywhere else, it's just a great company all around.

      Pros

      There are some really amazing people to work with there and we all take pride in what we do, so it's nice working with people that all care as much as I do. I can confidently say there is no "weak link" on our team. I guess that speaks to Iris more than anything, so that's pretty impressive to me. The work itself isn't crazy, but I really enjoy it.

      Cons

      Sometimes clients can make my job unnecessarily stressful. How easy they are to work with really defines a project.
