The internal processes are streamlined and well-defined

Cons

Moving up the ranks was not easy here. I spent a few years with hard work and dedication but didn't get the growth I was hoping for. It is why I jumped at the first opportunity I got elsewhere. They offered me a higher compensation and designation.
