Pros
No pros are there in the organisation. No vision, no transparency. Hiring and firing is there just because of bad vision and management
Cons
I am surprised as still no one has recently posted about this but let me tell you the truth. 1) Company hires you by offering you high package but once you get hired they don’t have vision for you. 2) I have seen more Than 50 folks fired within 3 months of their joining. 3) if you are joining you are simply playing with your career. 4) Even you join the company and get aligned to a project, once the project is done, to get aligned to another project you have to give client interviews and if you are not selected you will be fired.
