Senior executive leadership will throw you under the bus!

Pros

Very strong middle/top managers who work hard and try to do what's right. Good pay.

Cons

Executive leaders demand that employees not ask questions and follow their directions implicitly. When owner doesn't like the result, executive management blames the underlings, often firing them for doing exactly what they were told.

Pros

ICAC does great with training and developing the staff. The benefits including education reimbursement is great. Co-workers are great.

Cons

ICAC is going through MAJOR changing and senior management is not being transparent about anything. If you ask a question, you get a response, "that we are evolving and change is necessary." But if you ask how change will change onsite positions or your own position...you get that same response. We are told that all jobs are safe and no layoff will be delivered, that is false and they are being delivered. If you are not getting laid off they are telling you that your position is no longer available so you can take this demotion or we will place you where we think is best. In other words, your not getting laid off, we are just going to do anything we can to make the you leave on your own.

Pros

Great training Good work environment good benefits apartment compensation

Cons

Senior Management interprets honest feedback with having a negative attitude Sales, Sales, Sales not enough focus on Customer Service Company would rather hire someone from outside the industry instead of promoting within Very buddy system in this company, if you kiss enough butt you will receive favor Suppose to supply new uniforms every year but for last two years was like pulling teeth to get it approved with budgets and all.
